Represented high-end retail chain in negotiation of initial MSA for large multi-state integrated network. Successfully negotiated material concessions regarding ETFs, chronic outage issues and enhanced account management obligations. Subsequently re-engaged by client to assisted with early termination of MSA without ETF’s for failure of provider to obtain last mile connections to several of client’s store locations.
