Obtained significant concessions from several major international providers for major recording label. Heavily negotiated early termination clauses and circuit reduction language. Obtained significant reductions in insurance requirements and major concessions regarding network security to properly allocate risks of network compromise in streaming music pirating/theft.
Represented high-end retail chain in negotiation of initial MSA for large multi-state integrated network.
