Ben Bronston
Founder and Managing Principal
Ben Bronston is an award-winning, nationally recognized IT and telecom attorney with more than 30 years of experience advising technology and communications companies. Known for his deep industry insight, Ben represents a wide range of clients including MSPs, VoIP Providers, MVNOs, Trusted Advisors, VARs, UCaaS providers, data centers, enterprise customers, and small businesses.
Ben regularly advises clients in sophisticated contract negotiations, M&A, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience supporting companies in the indirect sales channel, such as trusted advisors (TAs), technology services distributors (TSDs), and value-added resellers (VARs). A frequent speaker and published author on IT and telecom topics, Ben brings unmatched legal acumen and business understanding to every engagement.
Ben also co-founded a venture capital fund focused on communications and connectivity investments and has served on the boards of several industry companies. With a keen focus on emerging technologies like AI, he ensures clients are legally prepared to adapt and scale in a fast-moving industry.
Charles Carr
Senior Attorney
Charles Carr is a seasoned business and telecom attorney with more than 25 years of private practice experience. He focuses on the legal issues that matter most to MSPs, Telecom Providers and Trusted Advisors, particularly agent agreements, wholesale contracts, transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
Before joining Bronston Legal, Charles served as counsel to companies in the technology, real estate, healthcare, and energy sectors. His cross-industry experience enables Charles to take a practical, solutions-oriented approach that clients value in high-stakes negotiations.
Charles is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions.
Peter W. Zachry
Senior Associate
Peter W. Zachry is Bronston Legal’s Senior Associate. He has been with the firm for over six (6) years.
Peter has extensive experience in the following areas: (1) negotiating trusted advisor (TA) agreements, IT and telecom vendor contracts, technology services distributor (TSD) agreements, end-user customer agreements, and underlying provider contracts; (2) drafting definitive agreements and ancillary contracts for mergers and acquisitions; (3) reviewing corporate due diligence; (4) handling federal and state regulatory compliance matters; and (5) working on general business matters. His keen intellect, attention to detail, and professional demeanor, combined with a deep knowledge of the converged IT and telecom industries, enable Peter to obtain optimal results for the firm’s clients.
Peter obtained his BA and JD from the University of Houston. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
